Raise your hand if you're excited about Thanksgiving! I can't wait to have a few days off this week, to get some Christmas shopping done, and spend some true, quality time with my favorite people. After last week, this family time couldn't be coming at a more perfect moment. I'm doing my best to keep my head up and move forward, but it's been a very trying time for me. Outfit posts are on hold for a little while until I figure out my camera situation. Things will be back to normal soon - I keep repeating that over and over.
I hope the tablescape ideas I've rounded up give you some inspiration for Thursday. I have an equal love for traditional and nontraditional settings - anything that's festive, I'm on board! Happy Thanksgiving planning, friends! (Make sure to click on the links below the pictures to see the original posts with more images!)
I like to think I saved the best for last! Looking for something awesome without having to spend a ton of money this Christmas? I've got you covered! If we're being literal, this should really be called "24 Under $25 and Cute Stationery for $26." I broke the rules a little - no big deal, right?! All the other items above are well under $25 and some of them even come in at under $20! You can't beat that! This may be the final gift guide, but don't you fret, there's still a ton of stuff lined up for the holidays around here! Stay tuned! In the meantime, browse back through the other gift guides from this week right here!
I feel like I say this with every "stocking stuffer" gift guide but....STOCKINGS ARE MY FAVORITE! I would probably be satisfied on Christmas morning if all we did were stockings. My mom has always been so great at filling my stocking with unique and unexpected things and she's always made it incredibly special. And what's even more fun is when everything is wrapped and then put into the stocking. (Yes, I'm a kid) Below are the links to some of my favorite stocking stuffer ideas for this year. And if you're curious, here's a fun article about the history of the Christmas stocking. (Yes, I'm a nerd, too!)
Buying for kids is so much fun because everything you find is so stinkin' cute. I rounded up some great pieces for boys, girls, and babies from some of my favorite shops. Whenever I'm shopping for little ones, I'm always focused on finding something they'll wear, use, or will work their brain. I'm not a fan of mindless toys and I think the pieces above are a perfect mix!
On a side note, if you're looking for great items for decorating a kid's room, Waiting on Martha is the place to shop. She has some of the most unique pieces! I think I've included her in every gift guide so far, too! The Land of Nod is also a great stop for kid shopping!
Old pieces are new again when you throw on some updated and current accessories. This dress and fur vest are several years old, but still two of my favorite fall pieces in my closet. I paired a new clutch and necklace with it to give it a fresh spin. Get the details and shop similar pieces below!
Guys are so hard to buy for! Am I right? In my past relationships, I've always struggled when it came time for gift giving. There could never be an element of surprise because I would always have to ask for explicit detail about what to buy. I like to think this gift guide above is pretty killer, though. All the items have substance. Always keep this in mind when shopping for a guy - buy them something they would never buy for themselves. It's a guaranteed win.
